Ling Ling Chang is an American politician currently serving in the California State Assembly. She is a Republican representing the 55th district, encompassing parts of Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino counties. Prior to being elected to the state assembly, she was a Diamond Bar city councilmember. Ling Ling Chang is a current candidate for California's 29th State Senate district.
