Madden NFL 2005 is an American football video game that was released from August to November 2004. A "Collector's Edition" of the game was also released exclusively for PlayStation 2 on August 9, 2004. It features former Baltimore Ravens star linebacker Ray Lewis on the cover. Al Michaels and John Madden return as game commentators. The game is the first Madden game to feature Xbox Live.
