Mandaeism or Mandaeanism (Modern Mandaic: מנדעיותא‎ Mandaʻiūtā; Arabic: مندائية‎ Mandāʼīyah/Mandāʾiyyah) is a gnostic religion with a strongly dualistic worldview. Its adherents, the Mandaeans, revere Adam, Abel, Seth, Enos, Noah, Shem, Aram and especially John the Baptist, but reject Abraham, Moses and Jesus.
