Sir William Mark Tully, KBE (born 24 Oct 1935) is the former Bureau Chief of BBC, New Delhi. He worked for BBC for a period of 30 years before resigning in July 1994. He held the position of Chief of Bureau, BBC, Delhi for 20 years. He has received awards and he has also written books. Tully is also a member of The Oriental Club.
