Martebo is a settlement (socken) in northwestern Gotland, Sweden.The Stenkyrka parish (församling) in 2006 has been expanded to include the settlements of Tingstäde, Martebo and Lummelunda, with a total population of 1,521 as of 2011.The area is mainly farmed land, some of it on part of a drained mire. This is where the noted Martebo lights can be seen.Martebo Church is in Martebo.One of the asteroids in the Asteroid belt, 3250 Martebo, is named after this place.
