Matthew Watkins (born November 22, 1986) is a Canadian professional ice hockey player who is currently under contract to KooKoo of the Finnish Liiga. He was selected by the Dallas Stars in the 5th round (160th overall) of the 2005 NHL Entry Draft. Watkins was born in Aylesbury, Saskatchewan, but grew up in Regina, Saskatchewan.
