Matthew Dean Nuthall, born 6 July 1983 in Pontypridd, Wales, is a rugby union player for Pontypridd RFC in the Principality Premiership. Matthew shot to fame at the end of the 2001/02 season with a man of the match performance in his first ever senior outing for Pontypridd against Bridgend. His rise to stardom continued with a place in the Ponty team which clinched the 2002 Welsh Cup against Llanelli, whilst still qualified at the youth age level.
