Mayur Puri (born 28 May 1974) is an Indian screenwriter, lyricist, actor and film-maker working in Mumbai. He wrote songs, screenplays and dialogue for several movies, including Om Shanti Om (2007) starring the King Khan of Bollywood, Shahrukh Khan directed by Farah Khan, where Mayur also did a cameo appearance (as the wanna be Gujju Director of 'Apahij Pyar'). He wrote dialogue for the Farah Khan film Happy New Year. The film released on 24 October 2014.
