Robert Anderson "Mickey" Sims (born March 5, 1955 in Union, South Carolina) is a former American football defensive tackle in the National Football League. He was drafted by the Cleveland Browns in the fourth round of the 1977 NFL Draft. He played college football at South Carolina State.Sims started for the Browns at defensive tackle in 1977, registering 19 tackles that season while filling in for the injured Jerry Sherk.
