Mireya Baltra Moreno (born Santiago de Chile, February 25, 1932) is a Chilean sociologist, journalist and politician, a member of the Communist Party of Chile. She has been a deputy and a councillor for Santiago, and served as Minister of Labour and Social Welfare under Salvador Allende.
