Tan Sri Datuk Haji Mohamad Aziz (born 29 July 1940) was the Member of the Parliament of Malaysia for the Sri Gading constituency in the state of Johor from 1999 to 2013. He sat in Parliament as a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO) party in the governing Barisan Nasional coalition.From 1981 to 1986 Mohamad served as an assistant to Hussein Onn, a former Prime Minister of Malaysia.
