Ramon Abulon Ilagan, popularly known as "Mayor Mon Ilagan", is the third-term mayor of the municipality of Cainta, Rizal in the Philippines. He won the mayoralty race in his first attempt in the 2004 Philippine general elections, and has helped Cainta to become a first-class municipality during his tenure. Currently, he is worked with the United Nationalist Alliance as the overall spokesperson, for the party itself and the Vice President Jejomar Binay's presidential campaign.
