Monroe College is an American for-profit college based in New York. The college was founded in 1933, and has campuses in the Bronx, New Rochelle, New York, and the Caribbean nation of Saint Lucia. The college is named after James Monroe, the fifth President of the United States. Monroe is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. The president is Stephen J. Jerome.
