Motihari College of Engineering is a government-aided college, fully funded by the government of Bihar. It is affiliated to Aryabhatta Knowledge University, Patna.Previously the institute was known as Indian College of Engineering and established on 24 November 1980. In 1986 the college was taken over by Bihar government.
