Movie Magic Screenwriter is a word processing program sold by Write Brothers Inc., to format screenplays, teleplays and novels.Write Brothers' first software program, Scriptor (1982), was the first screenplay formatter to be published. Screenwriter was originally developed by ScriptPerfection Enterprises, Inc., under the name ScriptThing. The program was purchased by Write Brothers, with the transition completed in 2001.
