Murray Merle Schwartz (March 23, 1931 – January 11, 2013) was a United States federal judge.Born in Ephrata, Pennsylvania, Schwartz received a B.S. from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business in 1952 and an LL.B. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1955. He received an LL.M. from the University of Virginia School of Law in 1982. He was a law clerk, Hon. Caleb Wright, U.S. District Court, District of Delaware from 1955 to 1957.
