Narasingha Mishra (Oriya: ନରସିଂହ ମିଶ୍ର ; born 23 December 1940) is a politician from Odisha, India. Currently he is the leader of Congress Legislature Party in Odisha Legislative Assembly.He was the Deputy Leader of the Congress Legislature Party from 2004-2009. He was first elected to the assembly in 1990 and served as the Law Minister. He last represented Loisingha constituency from the Indian National Congress party.
