Nedor Publishing was a comic book imprint of publisher Ned Pines, who also published pulp magazines under a variety of company names that he also used for the comics. A sister company of Nedor Publishing was Better Publications, and both were under the parent imprint, Standard Comics.In business from 1939 to 1956, Better was a prolific American publisher during the Golden Age of comic books. Its best-known character is the Black Terror.
