Neil Lowe (born (1978-12-20) 20 December 1978 in Leeds) is an English born Scottish rugby league footballer playing at representative level for Scotland, and at club level for Featherstone Rovers, Salford, Doncaster, York City Knights, Keighley Cougars, and Hunslet Hawks, as a Second-row.He has been named in the Scotland training squad for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup.He has been named in the Scotland squad for the 2008 Rugby League World Cup.
