NiCole Robinson (born April 12, 1972 in Burley, Idaho) is an American stand-up comedian and actress. Raised in Paul, Idaho, as a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, she is best known for her portrayal of quirky secretary Margaret Hooper on The West Wing.She is also recoginized as playing "The Smoking Woman" on an episode of Friends. She started her television acting career on Seinfeld, playing the waitress at Monk's Café for 3 episodes.
