Nicholas Cheng (born August 19, 1990) is a Malaysian actor and journalist at The Star. He is known for his first screen performance as Wai Chong in Disney's Waktu Rehat.The young journalist is also known for his first altercation with protesters at the Taman Medan cross incident earlier this year, wherein he was pulled out of an increasingly angry mob by fellow Sinar Harian journalist (identified only as Jannah).
