James "Jimmy" McCall (born June 3, 1983), better known by his stage name Nocando, is a rapper from Los Angeles, California. He is the 2007 Scribble Jam champion, host of Low End Theory, and founder of Hellfyre Club. He has also been a member of Customer Service, Bomb Zombies, and Flash Bang Grenada.
