Norman is an unincorporated community in Glenn County, California. It is located on the Southern Pacific Railroad 8 miles (13 km) south of Willows, at an elevation of 92 feet (28 m).A post office operated at Norman from 1870 to 1914, with a closure from 1889 to 1890.
