North Central Timor Regency (Indonesian: Kabupaten Timor Tengah Utara) is a regency in East Nusa Tenggara province of Indonesia. Established in 1958,the regency has its seat (capital) in Kefamenanu.The regional economy is underdeveloped with the main activity in many village areas being subsistence agriculture. Poverty is widespread.
