Nosimo Zisiwe Beauty Balindlela (born 28 November 1949 in Hermanus, Cape Province) is a South African politician who served as the Premier of the Eastern Cape from 26 April 2004 until 1 August 2008. She changed parties in 2008 when she became a member of the Congress of the People, and again in 2012 to join the Democratic Alliance. She currently serves as the DA's Shadow Minister of Water and Sanitation.
