Panagiotis Mitarakis or Mitarachi (Greek: Παναγιώτης Μηταράκης), commonly Notis Mitarachi (Νότης Μηταράκης) is a Greek politician, Member of Parliament for Chios, Shadow Minister for Shipping and the Aegean, ex President of the Council of the European Union (Foreign Affairs - Trade) during the Hellenic Presidency, ex Vice Minister for Economic Development and Competitiveness.
