Novlene Hilaire Williams-Mills (born 26 April 1982), née Novlene Hilaire Williams, is a Jamaican track and field athlete. She won the bronze medal medal in the 400 metres at the 2007 World Championships. She is also a three-time Olympic bronze medallist in the 4×400 metres relay.At the 2005 World Championships in Athletics she won (together with Shericka Williams, Ronetta Smith and Lorraine Fenton) a silver medal.
