Nutbush is a rural unincorporated community in Haywood County, Tennessee, in the western part of the state.Established in the early 19th century, Nutbush is home to two early American churches founded by white settlers, Woodlawn Baptist Church and Trinity United Methodist Church. More than 50 Civil War soldiers are buried in Trinity Cemetery.Agriculture is the dominant source of income in the area, focused on the cultivation and processing of cotton.
