The Nutkani, Notakzai (نوتكانى or نتكانى, نوتکزئی) or Notkani Nodhkani (Sindhi: نوتڪاڻي‎) are Balochi, Sindhi and Saraiki speaking Baloch tribe of Eastern Balochistan, Nutkani or Nothakzai is the main sub-tribe of Rind Baloch because Mir Notak Khan Rind was the son of Meer Hassan Khan Rind brother of Mir Shehak Khan Rind, So Mir Notak was the family member of Mir Chakar Khan Rind and they also migrated with Chieftain Rind Baloch from Makoran to Kachhi.
