The Oklahoma Commission on Marginally Producing Oil and Gas Well, commonly known as the Oklahoma Marginal Wells Commission, is an agency of the government of Oklahoma unde the Oklahoma Secretary of Energy. Commission is responsible for identifying and evaluating the economic and operational factors of marginally producing oil and gas well.
