Oliver Seth (May 30, 1915 – March 27, 1996) was a United States federal judge.Born in Albuquerque, New Mexico, Seth received a B.A. from Stanford University in 1937 and an LL.B. from Yale Law School in 1940. He was in private practice in Santa Fe, New Mexico in 1940. He was in the United States Army Major from 1940 to 1946. He was in private practice in Santa Fe, New Mexico from 1946 to 1962. He was a Government appeal agent, Selective Service System from 1948 to 1952.
