Only Through the Pain was released on August 5, 2008 through Allen Kovac and Nikki Sixx's Eleven Seven Music.The album's first single, "Who's Going Home With You Tonight?" would be released ahead of time as downloadable content for the video game series Rock Band on July 1, 2008. The album's second and last single was "Contagious".The album debuted at #18 on the Billboard 200 Chart and #4 on the Rock Album Chart.
