Oscar Forman (born 16 January 1982) is an Australian professional basketball player who currently plays for the Illawarra Hawks of the Australian National Basketball League (NBL). Forman played for the Adelaide 36ers from 2001 until 2006, winning a championship with the club in 2002, before moving to the New Zealand Breakers for the 2006–07 season.
