Parijatha is a 2012 Indian Kannada romantic film directed by Prabhu Srinivas. The film stars Diganth and Aindrita Ray in the lead roles.The film is a remake of Tamil Successful film Boss Engira Bhaskaran starring Arya and Nayantara.
