Pateley Bridge (known locally as Pateley) is a small market town in Nidderdale in the Borough of Harrogate, North Yorkshire, England. Historically part of the West Riding of Yorkshire, it lies on the River Nidd.It has the Oldest Sweet Shop in England Est. 1827 housed in one of the earliest buildings in Pateley Bridge dating from the 1660s.
