Pedro Manuel Valido Franco (born 13 March 1970) is a Portuguese retired footballer who played as a centre-back.Developed at Benfica, he amassed 150 Primeira Liga appearances with one goal, with the biggest impact, being two seasons he spent at Marítimo in the early 1990s.Valido earned 26 caps for Portugal from under–18 to under–21 level, winning the 1989 World Championship with the under–20 side.
