Pemako (Tibetan: པདྨ་བཀོད་, Wylie: pad ma bkod, THL Pémakö, "Lotus Array") is a traditional region located in the southeast of Tibet and further stretches into neighboring Upper Siang district of Arunachal Pradesh; today one-third of historical Pemako - Lower Pemako - lies in Upper Siang district, which is also claimed by China as South Tibet
