Penny Slinger, sometimes Penelope Slinger, is a British-born American author and artist based in Los Angeles. As an artist, she has worked in different mediums, including photography and film and sculpture, and her work has been described as being in the genre of feminist surrealism.Slinger studied at the Chelsea College of Arts in London. She completed her degree in 1969.
