"Perfect Insanity" is a song by the American heavy metal band Disturbed released as a promotional single from their fourth album Indestructible. The song was originally written by the band prior to their debut album, The Sickness. "Perfect Insanity" was also previously released on the band's documentary, M.O.L., as a demo track with a music video, from before they were signed to a record label.
