Peter Ramsden (9 May 1934 — 1 September 2002 (aged 68)) born in Huddersfield, was a professional rugby league footballer of the 1950s and '60s, playing at club level for Huddersfield, and York, as a Stand-off/Five-eighth, or Loose forward/Lock, i.e. number 6, or 13, during the era of contested scrums, he died in York.
