Peter Shmock (Peter Carlton "Pete" Shmock; born April 29, 1950 in Detroit, Michigan) is a retired American track and field athlete, primarily known for throwing the shot put, and former Seattle Mariners coach. Currently Shmock (pronounced "smock") is a personal trainer at ZUM (pronounced "zoom"), a Seattle health club he founded in 2002.
