Pilsen is an unincorporated community in Marion County, Kansas, United States. It is named after the city Plzeň (German: Pilsen) in Czech Republic, formerly Bohemia. The community of Pilsen has always had a population less than 100, which is too low to incorporate as a city in Kansas.
