Pir Mahal ( Punjabi, Mewati,Seraiki and Urdu: پیر محل) is a capital city of Pir Mahal Tehsil in the Punjab province of Pakistan. It is not very old city but its history dates back to 1934 when it started becoming the central point for shopping and education for the adjoining areas.Pir Mahal in central Punjab is located at 30 degrees and 46 minutes to the north and 72 degrees and 26 minutes to the east at an altitude of 148 metres (486 ft).
