Powerchip Technology Corporation (Chinese: 力晶科技股份有限公司; pinyin: Lìjīng Kējì Gǔfèn Yǒuxiàn Gōngsī) is a maker of memory chips and also provides foundry services to the customers.Powerchip was incorporated in 1994 at Hsinchu Science Park in Taiwan. The company became a publicly listed company on the Taiwan GreTai Securities market, or the GTSM.
