Prematho Raa (English: 'Come with Love', Telugu: ప్రేమతో రా) is a Telugu language film produced by T. Trivikrama Rao on Vijayalakshmi Art Movies banner, directed by Uday Shankar. Starring Venkatesh, Simran in the lead roles and music composed by Mani Sharma. The film recorded as flop at box-office. This is was the second collaboration between Venkatesh, Simran and director Uday Shankar after Kalisundam Raa but couldn't repeat the latter's success.
