Project Lives is a book that appears to live at the interstices of Photography and Urban Studies. It is edited by George Carrano, Chelsea Davis, and Jonathan Fisher and seems to be their first book. The work is essentially a collection of photographs of life in the New York public housing projects, photos that the editorial team equipped and trained the residents to take themselves.
