Puffcorn is a corn snack, made to look similar to popcorn, but is made with corn meal and baked, made by several manufacturers such as Frito Lay and Old Dutch Foods. It is similar in idea to Puffed grain, but is made in a manner similar to Cheese puffs, but having a butter flavor instead of cheese.
