Rachael Ann MacFarlane (born March 21, 1976) is an American voice actress and singer best known as the voice of character Hayley Smith on the animated television show American Dad!, which was created by her brother Seth MacFarlane. She also voiced supreme leader Numbuh 362 in Codename: Kids Next Door.
