Ralph Biggs (born February 2, 1976) is a naturalized Belgian professional basketball player, originally from the United States. Biggs is 1.99 m tall and 91 kg in weight and plays small forward.He played for PBC Ural Great in the Russian Super League. He played college basketball at Towson University. He played in Ostende, Charleroi, Liège and now in Antwerp (all Belgian teams).Biggs led the 2000-01 Euroleague in steals per game averaging 2.1.
