Ralph Edward Goodale, PC, MP (born October 5, 1949) was Canada's Minister of Finance from 2003 to 2006, and leader of the Saskatchewan Liberal Party from 1981 to 1988. He has been the Liberal Member of Parliament for Regina-Wascana since 1993 (known as simply Wascana from 1997 to 2015), having previously served as the member for Assiniboia from 1974 to 1979.
